TEKS DESKRIPTIF : PREPOSITIONS OF PLACE

Selamat datang kembali diblog kami. Pelajaran kali ini merupakan kelanjutan dari postingan sebelumnya yaitu Teks Deskriptif : Kosakata. Sebelumnya kami jelaskan dulu pengertian dari prepositions of place. Prepositions of place atau kata lainnya adalah kata depan/ preposisi berfungsi untuk menerangkan tempat dari benda. Preposisi yang sering kita gunakan adalah On, In, At. " On " digunakan untuk menunjukkan benda diatas permukaan dan nama jalan. " In " digunakan untuk menunjukkan benda didalam suatu tempat [ruang, kota, atau negara ]. " At " digunakan untuk menunjukkan posisi/ letak/ alamat. Namun bisa juga kita menggunakan preposisi yang lain, tergantung dengan situasi/ keberadaan dari benda tersebut. Mari kita cari prepositions of place di dalam seuah teks yang berjudul " My Bedroom " dibawah ini ;

"My Bedroom"

Let me tell you about my bedroom. There are many kinds of furniture in my bedroom. 

In the center of  my room, there is my bed. The bed is made of wood. There is a nice bed cover and a warm blanket on my bed. On the right side of my bed, there is a wardrobe. I put my clothes in it. On the left side of my bed, there is a bookshelf. I put my books there. There is a table and a chair next to the self. I usually sit there to study. On the table, there is a desk lamp. When I study in the evening, I always turn on the lamp. There is also an alarm clock on my table. I set the alarm in the evening before I go to bed. It will wake me up in the morning. 

I always clean my bedroom everyday. I put the things neatly to make my bedroom comfortable to live in.

Pembahasan

Mari kita ambil sample Prepositions of place pada teks deskriptif diatas ; 

1. Prepositions of place " in " : 

- There are many kinds of furniture in my bedroom.

- In the center of  my room, there is my bed.

- I put my clothes in it. 

2. Prepositions of place " on " :

- There is a nice bed cover and a warm blanket on my bed.

- On the table, there is a desk lamp. 

- There is also an alarm clock on my table.

3. Prepositions of place " at " :

- Tidak ada preposisi " at " pada contoh teks diatas

Latihan soal
